Monday Image Tool

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Monday Image Tool does, and does not do, with your images and with information about your visit.

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Your images stay in your browser

The image tools open, change and export your files inside your own browser, using browser features such as Canvas and the File API. Your images are not uploaded to our servers to be processed, and we do not store, view or keep copies of them.

If you close the page, the images and results are gone. Nothing from your files is kept on our side.

What we do record

To see which tools are useful, the site counts visits to each page, uses of each tool and shares of each page. These are totals per page, not a record of what you did with your images.

  • To avoid counting the same visitor many times, a visit is matched using a one-way hash made from your IP address and browser type. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address, and we do not use it to identify you.
  • An approximate country may be saved with a page total when your request carries one, for example from the network that delivers the site.
  • Your browser may keep small items in session storage, for example to remember that you already used a tool during this visit. They are cleared when you close the tab.

Like any website, our hosting may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser, page requested and time, for security and to keep the site running.

Share links

When you use the Share button with the option to include your settings, the settings (for example a blur amount, a quality value, or text you typed into a setting box) are written into the link. Anyone who has the link can read them. Your image is never part of the link. Untick the option if you do not want the settings in it.

Accounts, cookies and ads

You do not need an account to use the tools. This site does not show ads and does not use advertising or analytics scripts from other companies. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to download them. Links to other sites, such as the main MondayTool site, are governed by their own policies.

Email

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to improve the tools. Please do not send private or sensitive images or documents by email.

Children

Monday Image Tool is a general-purpose tool site and is not aimed at children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will review it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Questions about privacy can go to admin@mondaytool.com.
