Results can differ
The tools run in your browser, so results can vary with your browser, device and the image itself. Output formats such as WEBP and AVIF depend on what your browser supports, and file sizes after compression are never exactly the same for two different images.
Keep your originals
- Compression, pixelation, blur and similar edits cannot be undone from the exported file. Keep the original.
- Converting between formats does not add detail, and lossy formats such as JPEG lose a little quality each time they are saved.
- Very large images or large batches can be slow or run out of memory on older phones and computers.
Privacy edits are not a guarantee
Blur and pixelate change how an image looks, but they may not hide sensitive details such as a face, a number plate or text if the settings are mild. Check the result at full size before you share it.
Watermarks and ownership
A watermark you add is part of the exported picture and may be cropped or edited out by others. It does not by itself prove ownership.
